1.    Interested in High-end and Luxury hospitatlity branding, marketing and public relations and would like to pursue long term career in this field;
2.    Fluent in both written and oral speaking in both Mandarin and English;
3.    degree, knowledge and/or expereince in advertising, media editing, PR, MarCom will add extra credit, but will not be the main consideration criterion;
4.    Familiar with Microsoft office applications and have skills to develop and format documents in word, excel, ppt and outlook; knowledge in using image editing softwares are preferred;
5.    Job will be based in Beijing, may require biz travels once become official emplyee;
6.    Will be required to perform 8hrs per day, 5 days per week during Intern period, must got approvel by mentor in school;
7.    Duration of Intern is subjected to individual performance which will also influence on if the individual can be transfered into official employee of the company; off-days for university matters such as thesis and presentation and graduation, are to be discussed with superior in advance, approval will be granted properly.
8.    Net Rmb100 per day worked in office (8hrs, ratet is not negotiatable)  during initial stage of internship, good chance to become monthly salary depends on individual performance
9.    No meal or any other allowances or insurance will be granted to interns
10.    interview and English translation test, both written and oral, will be given at the selection stage
