Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the software development and support of OAM product.
2.Understand software requirements and implement new features for the product.
3.Support the defect correction of developed software.
4.Ensure the quality of the software by applying quality processes.
5.Collaborate with global development teams as required

Qualification & Competence requirements
1.Knowledge in software design, debugging, documentation, and testing (preferred in OO and GUI

development) processes.
2.Experienced programing skill in one of these: Java, Java Help, J2EE, JBoss, Ant, Apache (common

encodes/decodes, HTTP client, Log4j, web server), CORBA, MySql, XML, OSGI, C++ in Unix environment.
3.Advanced Unix Shell programming on Sun Solaris.
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
5.Good communication in Chinese, good in English reading & writing
