Qualifications
College students will graduate in Y2011 for bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication;
Good communication skills and social ability;
Fluent in English speaking and writing.

Description for Regular Component Engineer
Belong to China R&D sourcing department, focus on component technology, select the right component and solve the component issues for R&D Center projects.
To define component related procedures and policies within the R&D Center.
To evaluate and approve the component vendors to be used for the R&D Center projects together with the supply organization.
To assure that all component documentation for the R&D Center products, required for purchase and production, are properly stored in PRIM and GASK in accordance with supply requirements.
To assure that all necessary component documentation is properly stored in the design storage archives defined for each R&D Project.
To support and engineering staff in component related matters.
To create and maintain the necessary network of contacts within Ericsson to carry out the tasks.
