体要求如下：

- Rich programming skills in Java and J2EE
- Rich programming skills in C++
- Familiar with Linux/UNIX system, programming skills in Shell
- Familiar with Database (DB2 or MySQL)
- Familiar with Web Application server (Websphere or Tomcat)
- Familiar with  VoIP and SIP/RTP. Asterisk experience is a strong plus
- Good knowledge on the following opensource is a strong plus: struts,
hibernate, spring
