简述一下职位:英特尔人力资源部培训实习生 - 服务于英特尔中国研究院和Sales & Marketing Group,日常工作包括根据consultant制定的培训计划建立课程、与instructors协调沟通、组织会议、调研培训需求、完成培训报告报表等。
(PS:据前任Intern说,该职位的优势在于能接触到英特尔内部的培训资源,接触到很多由senior manager / director来上的课程,涉及sales & marketing skills\effective meeting & communication skills\problem solving\ stratigic thinking 等硬技能软技能培训内容)
Description
In this position, you will be responsible for the PRC sites Intel Learning and Development (ILD) supporting Sales and Marketing Business Group roadmap deployment and will be providing logistics to site Learning and Development Consultants, which includes coordination with SSC; instructor solicitation; training room and calendar booking; course building; course promotion; reschedule and/or cancel communication session; enrollment check and report run out ; training material order or preparation; close the course; material update; wrap up e-mails; meeting minutes and others. You will be responsible for running country ILD dashboard and quarterly instructor newsletter. Your scope could be expanded to other sites per assignment. For project level, you are expected to provide support to annual instructor recognition and/or development event logistic support; team face-to-face support and others.
Qualifications
You must be a student currently pursuing a Master's degree and has passion to work at Intel Learning and Development; Organizational Development or Human Resource or preferably in a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Capability to drive into details
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Facilitating, process development and/or implementation and/or monitoring, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Hard working
