IT Assistant

Responsibilities:

-    General administration, e.g., coordination with vendors, writing meeting minutes, etc.;
-    Project management tasks, e.g., monitoring of activities, scheduling
-    Business analysis, e.g., collection of user requirements, creates test cases, conduct system testing
-    Programming, e.g., do system development/programming based on user requirements (simple project)

Requirements:

-    Major in computer science or engineering
-    Having intern experience in multinational company
-    Smart and hard working
-    Excellent at English both writing and speaking
-    Able to work 3-5 days a week, 6 months from September


Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Help on day to day administrative requirements.
- Help on file Maintenance – Ensure files are properly stored through coordinating with external contractors
- Reporting
- Help manage the preparation of administrative reports accurately and timely
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and implement relevant policy and procedures requirements

Requirements:

-  Major in English/Accounting
-  Having intern experience in multinational company
-  Organized and diligent
-  Smart and hard working
-  Excellent at English writing and speaking
-  Able to work 5 days a week, 6 months from September


HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Support on candidate data base management and recruitment statistics
- Support on coordination and administration during staffing
- Draft and translate forms and flow chart for blueprint work

Requirements:

-  Having intern experience in multinational company
-  Organized and diligent
-  Smart and hard working
-  Excellent at English writing and speaking
-  Able to work 5 days a week, 6 months from September


Assistant to County Visiting

Responsibilities:

- Assist on county visiting and understand local markets
- Take meeting minutes and collect related material
- Frequent travelling

Requirements:

-  Major in banking/finance/economics
-  Having intern experience in multinational company
-  Smart and hard working
-  Able to travel frequently
-  Able to work full day whole week
