Websense北京研发中心目前开放HR Intern/人力资源实习生职位一个，要求至少能连续
实习3个月，每周不少于4天，有招聘实习经验的同学可优先考虑。以下为具体职位描
述。

HR Intern/人力资源实习生
Job Summary:
This position is a 3 months intern starting from September 2010, will work
in Human Resources department, and participate in recruiting and employee
activities for Beijing R&D center.

Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interview, includes phone & email
to the candidate, and Outlook invitation to the hiring manger, and track
interview feedback.
2) Employee activity: participate in Employee activity organization,
includes idea, poster design, registration, order supplies, coordination
with different parities and related paper works.
3) Assist HR manager on other HR duties.

Requirement:
1) Education: Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or Human
Resources.
2) Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to details.
4) Fluency in English.
5) Strong computer skills using MS Office. Experience with Photoshop and
SharePoint preferable.
