Skills and Abilities
1. 对各种 Web 前端技术（JavaScript，CSS，语义化标签 等等）有深刻理解；
2. 对可用性、可访问性等相关知识有实际的了解和实践经验；
3. 理解Ajax 及 RIA，并有实战经验；
4. 有使用服务器端脚本开发语言开发Web应用的经验
5. 对 Web 充满激情，热衷于开发优秀的基于 Web 的产品；
6. 性格乐观，能积极面对压力。
7. 具有很好的快速学习能力、团队精神、沟通能力、主动思考能力，做事认真
Qualifications
