Position Title:Admin. Assistant (Internship)
SBU / Function: Government Affairs
# of Positions: 1
Location: DCH Beijing Office
Major Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room arrangements for internal & external meetings
Implement internal process, e.g. XMS, purchase requisition, eZsource
Manage time schedule for GA team, internal & external visitors (such as Hotel, tickets, itinerary, transportation, visa etc.)
Set up, organize and maintain filing system
Provide facility management and other administration support as needed
Qualification:
University education, post-graduate student is preferred
Good organization and documentation skills
Computer proficient including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good personality, thorough and well focus on details
Sound sense of urgency and priority management
Good command on English for both verbal and written communication
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn with high team spirit
Working Period: Oct. 2010- Mar. 2011, at least 3 full working days per week
