Position: IT Support Intern (Beijing)
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To support the internal IT Infrastructure within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA):
- Local and wide area network
- Internet
- Wireless networks
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange and Outlook
- Desktop Management – Kaseya, Office, Call Logging, UNITE, IM, AV
- ICT Security – Internet, Desktop, AV, critical updates, encryption, wireless
- Hardware – PC’s, Servers, Printers, Network components
- Applications
Liaison with end-users
To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested
Experiences, skills and qualifications
1. 3rd or 4th year university student
2. Familiar with Microsoft Server, workstation, Office.
3. Monitoring and troubleshooting tools advantageous
4. Systems Administration experience is a plus
5. Network protocols and hardware knowledge advantageous
6. Major in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
7. Can work for at least 3 days per week
