Segment Marketing Specialist-Marine Industry

Working place: Beijing or Shanghai

Responsibilities
- Find out and keep monitoring the risk potentials of Marine solution procedures;
- Network and keep good communication to ensure Level3 marketing procedure align with the same perspectives of relevant community;
- Be as procedure excellence champion to learn, study the experience of other market players, and digest to find out how to keep improvement of Leve3 marketing procedure;
- Assist to build up and organize the Marine industry market segment community
- Assist to make a clear Marine market assessment and discover customer pain-points (critical problems)
- Assist to consolidate and build up the Marine market segment strategy and action with community
- Monitor implementation of the action plans.


Requirements
- Master degree or above,  marketing/ business and sense;
- MBA is highly preferred
- Related working experience in Marine or shipping industry
- Good understanding of marketing tools, process and implementation;
- Open minded, initiative, very organized, result-driven;
- Good communication skill;
- Fluent English in speaking and writing;
- Good at Microsoft office;
