Integration & Verification Engineer (Broadband Access)

Responsibilities
• Carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the team leader and project managers.
• Work on the R&D products to ensure the designed products fulfill the requirement of customer in an efficient way.
• Design, review, execute, and debug the test. Report issue (TR) found during the test and verify the fix of the TR
• Participate in pre-studies, ensuring transfer of applicable knowledge.
Qualifications
• Master degree in CS, EE, Telecom or other Science and Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of your major
• Fast learning and passionate in learning new technology
• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive working attitude
• Understand and love to work on commercial product verification and quality insurance
• Working experience with telecom or IT company will be a plus
• Knowledge of software engineering will be a plus
• Knowledge or experience with at least one of the following areas will be a plus:
o xPON systems and other FTTx technologies (Especially GPON)
o xDSL systems and technologies
o L2 & L3 Ethernet Switching
o Routing
o Network Management
o SNMP
o TCP/IP Protocol Stack
o VoIP via SIP (H.248)
o Transmission systems
