此职位只招收2011年(春夏毕业)/2012年(1月份毕业)的同学。通过面试后要求每周至少在公司实习三天。2011年第一季度初确定转正名单,自此转正学生薪资按照正式员工发放。公司负责为转正学生申报北京市户口。往年申报成功率90%以上。

1. Position: Intern (ARCserve L2)
- Provide moderately complex modification, testing and debugging tasks.
- Provide analysis related to software design and development and solves problems within designated product.
- Evaluate impact of software performance, and recommends changes to software designers.
- Work with minimal supervision and utilizes knowledge, experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
- Consult with the developer(s) to determine the best course of action to correct the product bug and updates existing source code to resolve bugs in existing GA code.
Requirements:
- Experience in C++ programming on windows; knowledge in Java will be a plus;
- Some projects experience;
- Like challenge and have passion in debugging;
- Problem solving skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
2. Position: Intern (ERwin Data Modeling)
- Participate in design phase by proposing efficient solutions and writing documents
- Implement code in respect with the decided specification and design; discuss possible deviations / problems with team leader
- Provide qualified code (tested and documented)
- Follow quality development rules and recommendations (unitary test, change management, development process…)
- Research and implement prototype
Requirements
- StrongC++/MFCskills
- Experience with the C++ STL(standard template library).
- Experience coding on the Windows platform.
- SQL basic usage.
- Relational databases knowledge. One of MS SQLServer, Oracle, DB2, Teradata, PROGRESS DBMS experience.
- C# is big plus; Web programming(javascript/CSS) is big plus
3. Position: Intern (Virtual Management)
- Participate in design phase by proposing efficient solutions and writing documents;
- Implement code in respect with the decided specification and design; discuss; possible deviations / problems with team leader;
- Provide qualified code (tested and documented);
- Follow quality development rules and recommendations (unitary test, change management, development process);
Requirements:
- Strong C++ skills is must;
- Experience with Java is a big plus
- Experience with Web Service is a big plus
- Experience with GWT is a big plus
- Experience with Agile development is plus
