-Assignment Title: Admin Intern
-Location: Beijing
-Working Frequency: 2~3 days/week
Responsibility:
-Send the request of official invitation letter to CPSO, follow up the statutes and send the letter to the foreign colleagues once got it, keep all copy as backup
- Book conference room
- Arrange vehicles for team use
- Make hotel and flight reservation through travel center
- Arrange Payment of Daily expenses for ITO team ( printing fee, etc) and make sure it's charge to the correct cost center
- Support with company events such as Oil & Gas Annual Meeting invitation (update customer information in customer database, prepare and send out invitation letter to customer by fax or email)
Requirements:
- Learning ability and service mindset, careful and patient character
- University students
- MS software skills
- Good communication skill

Assignment Title: HR Intern

Key Responsibility:
-Training record filing and maintenance for ISO audit
-Employee attendance record checking & filing
-Coordinate the candidate interview
-Contractor management
-Other HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
-Major in HR, Administration Management, Business Management preferred
-Be able to work at least 4days a week for at least six Can-do attitude, responsible, detailed-oriented
-Analytical skills, sensitive to figures, excellent in computer
-Effective in communication
-Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in Chinese and in English
