Position：Video Compression Algorithm Research and Development
          
Job description:          
- Conduct research and development on real time video compression and coding algorithm on PC platform
- Implement, integrate and test software modules of video compression and coding on PC platform
- Set up and conduct demonstrations and contribute to the Technicolor patent portfolio by protecting inventions.

Requirement：
    
- BS / MS. in EE, CS or equivalent
- Deep understanding on video compression and coding algorithm and standards, especially h.264.
- Proven strong skills in software development with C language on Windows platform.
- Experience on open source x264 encoder is strongly appreciated
