Job description:

The CDL IMS tools development team was built in 2006 collaborating with Silicon Valley Lab to develop IMS tools products on mainframe.
Responsibilities:
1) Work with the architect & developer in WW team to deliver the design documents such as Function Spec etc.
2) Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fixes through out the development life cycle; provide APAR fixes and implement product enhancements.
3) Provide innovative thinking to improve our product, provide solutions to solve complex problems.
4) Well communicate across WW development, QA, L2 teams.
5) Grow team's technical skills on mainframe and IMS
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
1) Development project experience is required
2) Fluent in both oral and written English
3) Good logical thinking and analytical skill is required.
4) Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skill is required.
5) Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
6) Strong ownership, self-motivated and have passion to take challenge
7) Experience in z/OS or IMS is a plus.
8) Assembler programming skill is a plus.
9) Graduate before July 2011 if campus hire
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor degree or above with Computer Science or related background, master degree is a plus
