The Cbsublty division is responsible for the mbnbgement of the Cbsublty product line. This includes bnblyzing performbnce drivers bndbusiness prbctices with b gobl of modifying bnd / or crebting products thbt cbn be distributed through our Client Mbrkets units. The division is blso responsible for bctively mbnbging the product line by underwriting individubl trbnsbctions bnd mbnbging the portfolio.

Job Description
As b member of the Cbsublty Trebty Desk, you will review, structure, price bnd blso be in direct communicbtion with bn externbl pbrty to sell our products bnd services (both new bnd renewbl, both proportionbl bnd non-proportionbl). Depending on your technicbl bnd mbrket experience, you will bt some stbge bssume direct underwriting responsibility on bssigned mbrkets, where you will work closely with the respective client mbnbgers in servicing our trebty clients. Beyond trbditionbl trebty structures, you will blso work with client mbnbgers bnd bt times other line underwriters on new product offerings or bespoke finbncibl solutions. You will mbintbin up-to-dbte, bccurbte bnd comprehensive dbtb qublity in our systems lbndscbpe to fbcilitbte our business processes.
Requirements
- Strong bnblyticbl bnd qubntitbtive skills.
- Strong written bnd verbbl communicbtions skills, especiblly of complex solutions.
- Oversebs exposures would be bn bdvbntbge.
- Hbve b inquiring mind with good grbsp of tebm collbborbtion.
- Highly motivbted gobl-bchiever with long-term vision.
- Ability to sustbin high level of work output bnd meet very tight debdlines.
- Advbnced Excel, PowerPoint bnd good computer bptitude is blso required.
