Job description:
Communication with agency team - help to communicate between our team and agency team; arrange meeting and team building
Budget track per quarter - overall review and track Nancy's quarterly budget bucket, record and update in-time
Daily Monitoring Report Distribution - Daily distribution to internal; distribution list updates; report content review;
News release and blog article distribution - News release distribution to internal by case; distribution folder; forward to ITX
Localization control - make sure all localization requests from our team are received by Celestone; review the quotes; help to push progress; track expense
Office fulfillment service control - controller of folder, paper bag, collateral printing to support the team; arrange delivery and storage; track expense
Leave & biz trip track - collect leave and biz trip plans from all team members every month; send out staturs report to team if many will be OOO, especially around long leave.
Project support – logistic support to the big PR team.
PRC Content Library - check and maintenance; content update; release; bio, backgrounder, video and photo
Demo Room - Demo Room remodeling, check & maintenance; machine keep; image update; facility purchase; support all kinds of requests from others
Qualification:
You need to be a master student with 4 days per week availability. Need you to be patient and can bear the heavy workload.

Availability – 3-4 days a week, 4-6 months at least.
Description
In this position, you will be responsible for the PRC sites Staffing team supporting Sales and Marketing Business Group roadmap deployment and will be providing logistics to site recruiting and staffing consultants, which includes coordination with different HR functions and business departments; interview arrangement; recruiting promotion. You will be responsible for running staffing dashboard and run/consolidate report on need base. Your scope could be expanded to other sites per assignment. For project level, you are expected to provide support to staffing related projects and/or event logistic support.
Qualification
You must be a student currently pursuing a Master's degree and has passion to work at Intel Human Resource or preferably in a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Capability to drive into details
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Facilitating, process development and/or implementation and/or monitoring, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Hard working
3) Position: GTC intern
Location: Beijing

Software validation/development Engineers to validate/develop software and ensure high quality and timely delivery
Requirements:
He or she can work full time at least 3 days per week from Monday to Friday and work at least 6 months.

Candidate who has Master Degree or above in Computer Science or Related fields is preferred.
- Good programming skills in C/C++, Java, and at least one language from shell script, python or perl
- Good analytical & debugging skills
- Familiar with development under Linux
- Excellent technical communication skills and team work spirit
- Experiences in Software Testing Project is a plus
- Experiences or knowledge in Java runtime technology is a plus
