Job Responsibilities:
Implement innovation project proposed in WebSphere product team.
(The project is designed provide platform capability in cloud environment, as new area and future usage.)

Skills/Requirements:
- Familiar with shell and script (e.g. python, jacl) programming;
- Good programming experiences in Java/J2EE;
- Familiar with application server based development and deployment;
- Good communication skills, fluent verbal and written English;
- Quick to learn, self-motivated, good team work;
- Experiences of Business Process Management project/product is a plus;
- Major in CS/SE or related; For MS degree, better graduated in 2012.
- Can work at least 4 days at office per week, full time is better;
  at least 6 months from December 2010.
