ECM CoE(Center of Excellence) Team/Project Introduction:

We are a development team running an emerging project, which has Business Process Management(BPM), Enterprise Content Manager(ECM) applied, to meet enterprise customers' need. Our solutions leverage most IBM software brands, such as FileNet BPM (workflow), WPS, ECM, DB2, Cognos, SPSS, Lotus Form, ILOG JRules, etc.

Job Description:
- Focus on middle-tier implementations.
- Design and implement Knowledge Management system based on IBM FileNet BPM and Content Manager.
- Enalbe significant enterprise customers, such as CMCC, PICC, China Nuclear, CICC, Taikang Life.

Qualifications:
1) Postgraduate in CS or other related majors.

2) Programming skills
- Strong knowledge and experience in Flex development (Must)
- Strong Java programming skill
- Strong knowledge and experience in Database & J2EE is a big plus
Plus:
- Knowledge in Web Service, JSON, SOA is a plus
