Responsibilities
• Data entry work;
• E-filing and P-filing;
• Assist applying for visa and other residence permit for employees;
• Coordinate necessary communications with internal and external business partners;
• Prepare, establish and maintain staff profile and other employee documents;
• Provide high-quality day-to-day HR administrative support;
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
• Postgraduate student majoring in HR is preferred;
• At least working 3 days a week;
• Good teamwork player, and quick leaner;
• Accurate and detailed thinking;
• Good English and computer skills (Outlook, Excel).
