Targeted Skills:

- Strong problem solving skill
- Can work independently
- Strong programming skill (C/C++)
- Experience of GUI development on Linux
- Experience of Qt development preferred
- Experience of Google map APIs preferred

Duties/Tasks:

The internship is geared toward working on a multimodal navigation project,
in which a prototype system is to be ported to an embedded platform.
Specifically, the intern will work with other team members to design and
develop the map/navigation GUI,
implement map manipulation and annotation, and integrate the system with
existing applications on Meego (a variation of Linux) platform.

Duration/Time:
The position is available early 2011. The duration is >6 months.

Compensation: $21 per hour for M.S., $26 per hour for Ph.D.
