Octagon, the global sports and entertainment marketing company is hiring
interns in Beijing now.

Opportunity: Intern and/or Account Coordinator (1-2 year experience)

Division: Global Events – Asia

Function: Business Development, Events & Consulting

Sports Focus: Golf (and others)

Salary: Competitive – depending on skill sets/experience



Responsibilities and Duties:

  Assist in consulting/event/sponsorship sales proposals development

  Tracking sales process/documentations

  Assist in translation of documents both in Chinese and English

  Administration support

Required Qualifications:

  BA - Senior or MS – 2nd year

  Basic knowledge in marketing (Major in marketing or management is a plus)

  Excellent in PowerPoint “design/creative” skill is a must

  Proficient with Microsoft Office

  Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and English

  Strong personal communication skills

Personality:

  Positive and pro-active attitude

  Detail Oriented

Quick learner

Minimum work commitment (***Applicable for interns only):

  From January (3 months minimum, preferably 6 months or more - after internship program, full time employee opportunity is available)

  3 days per week minimum
