ETI 现招聘实习生从事IBM Power 平台上程序性能优化研究和开发工作。ETI是IBM中国开发中心从事新兴技术研发的摇篮，所招聘的同学将有机会与IBM中国开发中心的技术带头人一起在IBM的前沿的课题上进行研发工作。优秀的毕业生将来会有机会被IBM优先录用。

Job Scope:
NGS (Next Generation System) team aims to do deep performance analysis and tuning of IBM critical middlewares and Business Intelligent Software , e.g. WAS, DB2, Cognos and SPSS on IBM latest Power system.

Required skills:
Solid programming skill (C/C++/Java),
General operating system knowledge (Windows/Linux),
Experience in multithreaded programming (such as OpenMP) is a big plus,
Experience in performance tuning is a big plus,
Skills on IBM WAS, DB2, SPSS, Cognos (any is OK) is a big plus,
Good at learning new knowledge,
Motivated player and good communication skills,

Location:
Beijing Ring
