-Assignment Title: CSR (Customer Service Rep. ) Intern
-Location: Beijing Kerry Centre
-Working Frequency: at least 3 full days/week
-Duration: at least 6 months, start ASAP

Responbilities:
- Assist in flow quotes generation through SAP
- Update customer delivery status
- Coordinate with supplier and customer on shipment arrangement.
- Prepare/dispatch shipping documents to customer.
- Assist in payment collection
- Collect supporting documents and upload to SAP
- Maintain order database
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proactive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues
- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel
- at least 3 days per week and at least 6 months
