工作时间：每周至少3天，工作至少六个月；可全职者优先。
Job summary:
Responsible for researching advanced video coding technologies for next generation video coding standards, e.g., HEVC and 3DVC.
Technical skills required:
1.Proficient in video coding technologies and standards, familiar with the HEVC test models.
2.Familiar with 3D video technologies.
3.Familiar with C/C++ programming and able to implement and verify new ideas quickly.
4.Proficient in reading and writing papers, patents and proposals in English
