Description:      
1.Responsible for design and maintenance of Ericsson IP and Broadband products.  
2.Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, and etc.  
3.Responsible for design and implement software modules, review codes and documents, and perform unit test and integration of SW functions.  
4.Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries.  

Qualifications:  
5.M.Sc. or B.Sc in telecommunication engineering or computer science or related discipline (Masters preferred)  
6.Good knowledge of communication network, and good understanding of TCP/IP stack and Ethernet is mandatory.  
7.Good skills in C programming, at least basic Linux knowledge. Strong problem solving and good troubleshooting ability.  
8.Open and active, fast learner, good team player and able to work in an extremely fast pace.  
9.Fluent English in written and oral communications.  
Some Plus:  
1.xPON systems and other FTTx technologies (Especially GPON).  
2.Experience on embedded software development before.  
3.Experiences below 4 categories:  
(1)Protocols: some experience of 802.1d/1p/1q, VLAN (tagging, QinQ, QoS), Synchronous Ethernet, Spanning tree, routing protocols, IGMP, 802.1x, ARP, DHCP;  
(2)Voice: some experience of SIP or H.248;  
(3)RTOS embedded: some experience of bootloader,VxWorks, Linux OS;  
(4)Management protocol/tool: some experience of WebGUI, SNMP, TR069/TR098/TR104 or OMCI (PON).
