Consultant Relationship Manager Job Description
TimeDiff, Inc is an educational consulting firm originally founded by Ivy
League graduates. We are currently opening up a new Beijing office and
therefore have couple positions available.
Position Summary:
Consultant Relationship Manager is a key role in the firm’s business
stream. This individual acts as the main liaison between consultants and
clients, and s/he also ensures and monitors consultants’ performance.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop strong
professional & leadership skills and is integral part of an ambitious fast‐
growing team. There is ample opportunity to develop on an accelerated
professional development track. The position involves a high degree of
responsibility and clear path for career advancement.
We are also accepting part‐time applicants as Consultant Relationship
Associate who assists the Consultant Relationship Manager in all aspects of
the job. Internship may be available upon request.
Qualification:
‐ Minimum bachelor degree (in pursuit for part‐time applicants)
‐ Bilingual in English & Chinese OR at a minimum highly proficient
‐ Excellent communications skills and fast learner
‐ Self‐starter / team‐player who can operate with minimal guidance
‐ Highly organized and demonstrated public relations abilities
‐ Preference for relevant experience
Responsibility:
‐ Recruit new consultants using our recruiting channels
‐ Maintain consultants’ database and provide monthly performance report
‐ Actively monitor and keep track of all consultant’s tasks
‐ Work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager
‐ Initiate new ideas and approach with regards to manage consultants
‐ Arrange training sessions and special events
‐ Ensure positive communications among all consultants
Compensation:
‐ Full‐time position: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
‐ Part‐time position: 15 to 20 hours per week; 1500RMB and up per month

‐ 安排顾问培训及特别活动
‐ 确保所有顾问间的积极交流
薪酬待遇
‐ 全职:面议。
‐ 兼职:每周15-20小时,每月1500元起。
