本职位主要从事IBM大型机操作系统z/OS上的binder 组件的开发和测试. z/OS 上的Binder组件简单的理解就是提供程序链接的工具.
z/OS的开发以前主要在美国，随着中国区业务的增长，从2010年开始，IBM在中国成立z/OS的开发团队，并将在今后几年保持高速增长.

Qualification:
- Graduate students in 2nd year.
- Ensure at least 6 months full time internship term.
- Major in Information Technology related, such as Computer Science/Software Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Applied Mathematics, etc..
- Fundamental operating system knowledge. Such as memory management, Parallel programming, File Systems, Networking, Database development.
- Experience of C, software development and testing, debugging knowledge.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication skills and Work well in a team environment, Strongly self-motivated.
- Good team work.
Skills preferred:
- System z (incl z/OS) environment or programming knowledge
- C++, Assembly language
- UNIX environment knowledge
- Willing to share information and expertise with individuals and teams to enhance effectiveness.
