VMware is seeking talented Computer Science or Computer Engineering interns to join our ESX QA team. As one of our R&D Engineers, you will be responsible for web application UI/Functional design, implementation and testing.
Responsibilities:
-Understand VMware QA tools/systems, including perforce and bugzilla systems
-Design web application UI and functions
-Implement web application UI and functions
-Test the application to work as designed
Requirements:
-Majoring in Computer Science or related is required
-Able to work full-time for 6 months or longer
-Linux/Unix and Windows environments and OS knowledge
-Working knowledge or hands-on coding experience in the following web development languages: ASP.net, jquery or extjs, Linq or ADO.net Entity Framework
-Good troubleshooting and debugging skills to find the root cause
