Training Assistant Intern
Learning & Competence Development team
This Job Description applies to Training Assistant Intern in HR&O Learning & Competence Management team of Ericsson (China) Communications Company Ltd.
1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
o Training needs analysis activities coordination and training needs collection support.
o Deliver training schedule, confirmation and training order after a new course is established in system.
o Provide the training delivery information to training coordinator of the system.
o On site administration support for course delivery.
o Collect training record, evaluation summary and the vender's training delivery report after class;
o Provide enrolment information to training coordinator for tuition;
o Provide vender payment information to training coordinator for billing;
o Manage training delivery data (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
o Team monthly report consolidation
o Support working process improvement of the team.
2. QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES
o Bachelor degree or above
o Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
o Fluent in written/spoken English
o Strong office software skill
o Team work
o Attentive and patient
3. Requirement
o Working period: 10 months
o Working time: >3-5 full days/ week
