Main responsibilities
" To support collecting training requirement from each department and holding pre-training interview.
" To delivery course schedule, confirmation and related training arrangement .
" To ensure the training information is uploaded to the learning system.
" To provide onsite support during the course if needed.
" To ensure the collection of training record, evaluation summary and the vender's report after class.
" To coordinate collecting tuition for training session.
" To ensure paying the bill to vendor
" To manage related training data for internal training (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
" To support fulfil monthly report of Leadership & Competence Management team.
" To support building and improving working process of Leadership & Competence Management team.
Qualifications and Key Competencies
" Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Economics
" Good business sense and understanding of process flows
" Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
" Fluent in written/spoken English
" Strong office software skill
" Attentive and patient
" At least six months working period offered under more than four days a week.
