Job Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the action plans of Org Health Survey (OHS) proposed by OHS committee for PRC Sales and Marketing Group. Your job responsibility also includes a deep dive analysis of our existing compensation and benefits competitiveness; propose changes if needed and drive the implementation and communication to a broad base of employee. Your scope could be expanded to cover other projects per assignment.
Qualification:
You must be a student currently pursuing a Master's degree and has passion to work at Intel Human Resource or preferably in a related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Capability to drive into details
- Good communication skills and coordination capabilities
- Team player and quick learner
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin
- Good skills in Microsoft* Office*
- Facilitating, process development and/or implementation and/or monitoring, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Hard working
