Job description
The project manager intern will work within the project manager office and work with project managers, line managers and external stakeholders as required. He/She will be responsible for a software development project of their own, in addition to assisting full time Project Managers with their existing projects. He/She is fully responsible for the whole project, from project initiating, project planning, project execution, project monitor/control to the final project close-out. He/She will manage the scope/schedule/budget/cost/risk/quality of the project so as to make sure the project is on track and deliver the final product on time, on budget and with good quality, and fully satisfying all stakeholder requirements.
Following are the key responsibilities:
" Assist Project Managers with on-going project tasks
" Responsible for at least one software development project
" Mainly focus on project planning, including resource planning, budget planning, schedule planning, project execution, project monitoring and control
" Project budget and actual cost controlling and management
" Risk and Quality Management
" Ensure high working spirit and good communication within the project team
Education Qualifications
" In progress Bachelor's or Master's degree. Within two years of graduation.
Competence Requirements
" Curious mindset, independent thinker and love of learning new ideas and technologies
" Strong work ethic and ability to work with little direction
" Strong communication skills, good written and verbal English skills, enjoy meeting new people
" Strong organizational skills
" Experience leading at least one large team project. Experience with software development projects a plus.
