Position Title: Scientist - Biology

Location: Shanghai
This position is to work as a research scientist in GE’s Water & Process Technologies laboratories at GE’s China Technology Center. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise in a team to solve technical challenges, develop new technology/product that meets customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
 Work with team on project execution with defined scope and objectives. Duties including but not limited to design & conduct experiment, data analysis, root cause analysis and progress documentation.
 Communicate result/progress/risks in an effective way.
 Generate new ideas under guidance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
 MsC above in Biology.
 Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum guidance
 A proven team player, self-motivated, willing to take challenges.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
 Strong environmental, health and safety ethics.

 Effective interpersonal and influencing skills
 Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of organizations and individuals in global locations
 Experience in water industry
