Description: This internship position is a technical position targeted in mid. to long term. The successful candidate will be responsible for various daily operations for internal IT group. We also expect certain research abilities from the candidate, who can help the team grow expertise in new and unfamiliar areas, such as Virtualization, Cloud Computing, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· IT service request ticket Monitoring and Handling
· Good research ability in IT related areas, with presentation skills.
· Lab Support (including OS installation, troubleshooting, etc.)
· Storage Operation (including area creation/deletion/extend, provide disk report, troubleshooting, etc.)
· Assets and Logistics Management (including hardware receiving, hardware maintenance/scrap/swap, server installation, etc.)
· Relevant Documentation Maintenance and Updates
· Misc support to IT engineers
QUALIFICATION
1. Graduate or undergraduate student in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related major with previous project/work experience
2. Proficient in Windows server administration and Active Directory
3. Experience with various server/workstation hardware
4. Linux skill and experience is a plus
5. Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese
6. Highly self-motivated, good problem-solving skills
7. Initiative and positive personality
8. Expect to onboard in July to August time frame, 2011
Title: Intel wireless IOT test intern

In this position, you will be responsible for wireless protocol inter-operate testing(PHY/MAC IOT) using Intel wireless 4G modem/module.
You should be pursuing a Master's degree, majoring in Communication Engineering major. Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge of Wireless communication standards (such as WiMAX or LTE or WiFi etc) and technology(OFDMA/MIMO etc), or experience with any wireless protocol test
- Quick learning ability for new wireless technology and new wireless test skills, automation test skills is add-on advantage
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Team work, motivation and good communication skills
- Ability to work as an intern at least four days per week (weekend not included) for over 12 months

In this position, you will be responsible for wireless end to end performance test using Intel wireless 4G modem/module.
Qualifications

Title: Intel Labs Hardware Intern

capable of undertaking challenging assignments in the area of system hardware design. The position requires sound knowledge and experience on board level design and debug, as well as integration and test along with good understanding of high speed IO protocols. The candidate will be responsible for i) High speed hardware design and ii) test and debug the real system; iii) RTL coding. Should be a self-motivated with good communication skills in both Chinese and English and capable of working with oversea teams.
