Job Description 职位描述:
This job will design and implement WEB-BASED Music Learning Product in various formats (now mainly piano). The next career step is to becoming a music learning /game product manager. The job includes:
本职位将设计和执行基于网页的多媒体音乐学习产品（目前主要为钢琴）。下一个阶段的职业发展将成为音乐学习/游戏产品的产品经理。主要工作包括：
1. Investigates the needs of the audience/learner and then designs
调查研究观众/学习者的需求并进行教学设计
2. Develops and implements tools to achieve the learning objectives before evaluating the success of the outcome.
开发衡量学习效果的工具
3. Use structured methodology to facilitate achievement of the learning objectives.
用结构化的方法开发产品，促动学习效果，包括
a) Analyse - analyse audience/learner characteristics, tasks to be learned, work with Music Matter Experts etc.
分析-分析观众/学习者的特点、学习任务，与音乐专家一起合作
b) Design - develop learning objectives and choose an instructional approach
设计-设计学习目标系统并选择相对应合适的学习引导方法
c) Develop - write content and create instructional or training materials such as visual aids or multimedia solutions such as eLearning (e-Learning)
开发-撰写内容和引导、培训材料，如视觉支撑或电子化多媒体方案
d) Implement - deliver or distribute the instructional materials, organize video and audio recording and editing
执行-交付引导材料, 组织视频音频的拍摄制作
e) Evaluate - make sure the materials achieved the desired goals
评估-确保教学材料达到预期目的
Desired Candidate Profile 期望候选人:
The ability to design storyboard templates that are articulate, well designed, comprehensive, and interactive to a high degree.
能够开发清晰的易懂、设计精良的互动性内容及模板
1. Highly innovative, must be able to come up with many different ways of making content interactive.
具有高度创新性，能够运用不同方法、不同方向考虑内容的互动性
2. Ability to think out of the box and express ideas
能够跳出已有框架去思考和表达
3. Proven expertise in designing courses for various grades.
拥有多样的课程设计专业经验
4. Piano or other music background is preferred
有钢琴或音乐背景优先考虑
5. Experience required: 2-5 years

6. Education Required:
教育背景要求
UG or PG
本科或研究生毕业
Major in Instructional Design, Education Technology is preferred
