人力资源部实习生 Intern HR Operations
Responsibilities:
1. Support on recruitment job:
- Screen Intern's CV, conduct telephone interview, interview arrangement etc.
- Feedback and communicate with intern applicants
- Some recruitment related data collection, basic reports preparation
- Regularly update recruitment data base
- Administrative work, filing, document preparation.
2. Support on Performance management:
- Logistics preparation for Performance management and following procedure, e.g. all necessary items preparation, venue set up
3. Support on C&B job:
- Support Intern's on boarding and seperation process and filling
- Attendance record check
4. Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resource, Business Management or other Economic major.
- Good English and Chinese communication, both oral and written.
- Attention to details, reliable, result-oriented.
- Proactive, willing to support
- Good computer skills with other MS Office, e.g. word, excel;
- Can work on a full time basis for the next six months;
- Ideally student in graduate school, please specify the graduation time & hometown
