POSITION FOR LDC SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
We provide intern position (trading & research track) to 2012 graduates during this
summer, starting from July for 2 months.
我们为2012年毕业生提供暑期实习生岗位（交易与研究方向），实习期从7月份开始，为期两个月。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE JOB 主要工作职责
lExecuting trades and securing deals with new clients; 进行日常交易并落实新客户订单；
lLiaising with other traders/clients on market movements; 针对市场波动积极与其他交易员和客
户联络；
lIdentifying issues affecting clients; 了解客户的需求与情；
lDeveloping client relationships and presenting ideas to clients; 维系发展客户关系并传达相
关想法和信息；
lKeeping other traders abreast of the relevant issues with their customers; 确保其他交易员
也理解本身客户的需求与情况；
lPredicting how markets will move and buying and selling accordingly; 预测市场价格变化并相
应进行买卖；
lMaking prices in their relevant products, seeking to maximize profits or minimize
financial risk; 对相关产品定价，寻求最大利润和最小财务风险；
lInforming all relevant parties of the most relevant trades for the day; 及时将关键交易通
知相关人员；
lGathering information, analyzing the market - critically about mispriced assets; 收集并分
析市场信息，主要针对于误价商品；
lCarrying out detailed data analysis and valuation; 对数据进行详细分析和评估；
lMust be alert and ready to make decisions based on the smallest movements in the market;
保持警觉并随时准备根据市场细微波动采取相应措施；
lReact to a change in parameters that is not already implied by the current market price.
适时理解任何目前市场价格所没有反应的状况并采取相应的措施。
