centos7升级成rockylinux8
升级完了后，iptables就不行了，服务起不来
# iptables -V
iptables: symbol lookup error: iptables: undefined symbol: xtables_announce_chain
执行命令也提示这个，google了一番，也没找到解决办法。

这个文章只说了iptables有两种变体，一种legacy，一种nft，但是，centos7肯定是legacy没跑了，升级到rocky8后，怎么切换成nft呢？
卸载了重装也不行，编译安装提示libnftnl没有，但实际上是已经安了libnftnl了
编译的路也走不通
还能有啥办法吗？
