今天一个4T的西数紫盘出现错误，最开始的状态已经是degrade了，然后我运行了一把scrub就变成下面的状态。

这个4T的紫盘我先是用luks格式化整块硬盘，然后打开luks后在上面建立的zpool，没有做任何raid，单独的一块硬盘加密后创建的zpool。

各位帮忙看看目前硬盘出现的问题是表明这块硬盘不能要了，还是说只是软错误，scrub之后就可以继续用了？
