一、ATE Test Engineer上海
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?Working with DFT to define test strategy and plan, achieve product coverage, yield and TTM goal
?CP and FT test program development, test pattern bring-up and debug
?Develop AVFS(Bounding Box) binning method and test flow
?Drive continuous test time reduction and yield improvement
?Coordinate test vendors for product qual, execute characterization test and data collection, develop script to automate the process.
?Characterize and debug silicon issues related to design, process and manufacturing

REQUIREMENTS
?Bachelor or Master in EE/CS or equivalent
?6+ years test engineer experience for ATE test program development and debug, Experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UltraFLEX tester is required
?Solid programing skills in C/C++ and one of script (Perl, Shell, python etc.), comprehensive debug skills
?Good test knowledge including Scan and MBIST, DRAM, high speed IO, OTP, AVFS binning etc. is highly preferred.
?Good English communication skills
?A quick learner and team player

二、ATE Test Engineer-上海
职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
. Design test solution for both RD debugging and production test release.
. Work on yield improvement and test time reduction, etc.
. Response to customer return case, support AE/QE to analyze failure with ATE test data.
. Support RD/QE for BI, ESD testing etc.
. Experience on multi-sites test programming, tester platform conversion,

Qualifications:
. Bachelor of or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
. More than 5 years of IC testing experience.
. Able to use PADS/PROTEL to design PCB.
. Solid experience in semiconductor power IC and familiar with ASL1K/ETS300 test platform is preferred.
. Experience on multi-sites test programming and tester platform conversion or development.
. Familiar with C/C++, Pascal or any tester programming language
. Strong knowledge with device power product line.


三、Ate-无锡
岗位职责:
1、负责芯片测试方案设计、测试程序开发量产导入及其量产维护；
2、负责测试数据收集整理和分析及量产测试异常分析和技术支持；
3、负责测试良率的提升和量产测试优化，降低测试成本；
4、负责测试硬件LoadBoard,Socket,Probe card的设计开发。
岗位要求:
1、计算机、通信、电子、自动化、软件工程等相关专业，大学本科学历；
2、从事芯片生产测试三年以上工作经验，独立开发SOC大型芯片项目测试程序；
3、熟悉ATE测试机的原理，至少会使用一种IC测试机台(Advantest，Teradyne，Chroma等)进行测试程序开发调试；
4、具有扎实数字/模拟电路和信号处理基础知识；
5、熟练掌握C/C++语言，掌握常用开发工具和调试手段；
6、能够流畅的读写英文文档。


四、资深ATE测试工程师
岗位职责
1、负责FT/CP测试程序开发。包括测试程序编写、调试、发布和版本管理
2、负责FT/CP测试方案设计，测试可行性评估，测试平台选型
3、负责 FT/CP测试程序稳定性评估和改善
4、负责FT/CP测试时间优化
5、负责针卡和load board委外设计加工、日常维护中的技术支持

岗位要求：
1、5-8年工作经验
2、本科及以上学历，电子电路/微电子/计算机/通信/自控等相关专业，电路理论基础扎实
3、精通C语言
4、至少精通一种ATE测试机台，有S50/Chroma 3380P/MagnumII机台优先
5、有Memory产品CP/FT程序开发经验优先
