Pros
The team is full of hard working, extremely well experienced engineers; Flexible hours (allows you to come in to the office late to avoid traffic but everyone stays super late); Free Gym; Free dinner; 401K and insurance.
Cons
The moral is low. The management does not know how to treat employee right and puts up a show only when executives are visiting from China. The headquarters set their foot in every aspect of running the office, as a result you get paid once a month despite that California requires at least twice a month pay. The company cut your salary and job grade AFTER you are onboard. There is no bonding and no true caring from the company. All of us are looking because we are concerned the company will dispose of us like what they did to the others. what is worse is that they make up a lot of lies and empty promises. Be careful China HR would contact your next potential employee when they know you are looking, yak!
