移动宽带，PubMed上下载免费全文，显示我的IP地址下载过多被PubMed封了
诡异的是，显示的被封的IP地址不是我的，查询IP是美国的（我没有用代理）
换了几台电脑都试过不行；连手机网络可以
不知道咋处理了，准备联系网站解封，但是不知道解封哪个IP
