Predoctoral scholarships ($28,000 per year, plus tuition waiver) for Ph.D. students are available to study:

3. Function, trafficking and degradation of GABAA receptors
4. Regulation of cell growth and cell division in yeast
5. Chromatin structure and transcriptional response to heat shock in yeast
6. Aminoacylation of tRNA and Charcot-Marie-Tooth disorder
7. Altered protein synthesis in solid tumors
8. Radio-resistance by the protein kinase TLK1B
9. Novel therapies for head/neck, thyroid and skin cancers
10. Notch and Wnt/beta-catenin signaling in prostate cancer progression
11. mTOR signaling in tumor cell migration
12. Mechanism of anticancer action of small molecules
Candidates with bachelor or master degrees in medicine/veterinary medicine, animal/biological sciences, chemistry/biochemistry or a related discipline are desired. TOEFL (>100) or IELTS (>7.0) and GRE (>300 for verbal and quantitative) are required. Please visit
