Job Description:
Conduct Customer survey
Real-time monitor and track all service orders in EA DBU
Maintain Precision Command System (PCS) Data including Account management,
Provide daily/weekly report and data analysis support for DBs

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in electronic or engineering
Strong communication and coordination skill
Good command of English in writing and speaking
Computer literate (MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
Basic analysis skill
At least 3 working days per week

职位描述：
1.通过电话进行客户回访
2.实时监控和跟踪EA DBU的所有服务工作单以确保服务数据的完整
3.PCS系统维护，包括账户管理，提供服务支持等
4.为分公司提供提供日常报告和数据分析支持

职位要求：
1.专业不限，电气工程或机械工程相关专业优先，本科或研究生
2.沟通能力和协调处理能力强
3.良好的英语读写能力
4.精通计算机办公软件
5.基本的分析技能
6.能保证一周至少3天工作时间
