Position: Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
- In charge general office administration works on a day to day basis;
- In charge of corporate filing, bookkeeping,corporate information update and filing;
- Responsible for external relation contacts and event arrangements;
- Responsible for CEO and General Manager’s and schedule and meeting arrangement;
- Coordinate with European Headquarter on corporate and administrative issues;
- Liaise with partners and contractors on projects and events;
- Arrange conference calls, meetings and compile and file meeting minutes;
- Responsible for office equipment purchase and maintenance and management;
- Execute tasks as instructed by CEO and General Manager.
工作范围:
- 全面负责办公室的各项工作;
- 统筹人事、会计、各项资料更新及归档;
- 负责对外宣传、联络和往来接待安排;
- 协助总经理及行政总裁的行程及会议安排;
- 联络协调与欧洲总部的行政与人事事务;
- 联络协调商业伙伴及承包商的项目跟进及活动安排;
- 安排各类会议、电话会议,并做好会议记录及归档;
- 负责办公室资产的管理,执行设备购置、造册、保管、使用以及消耗管理制度;
- 执行行政总裁及总经理在工作上的正常调动及安排。
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English;
- 2-3 working experience in relevant fields;
- Young and outgoing personality;
- Work under pressure and occasional travelling required;
- Professional and positive working attitude towards culture diversity;
