This includes facilitating IBM product selling for customers and partners such as Passport Advantage, a single sales tool that covering full sales cycle; enabling Seller and Developer productivity through enhanced seller tools such as OnTARGET, a data mining tool that applies analytics to the art of selling; globalizing and simplifying the Web experience while increasing self-service capabilities for our clients; automating processes; Xtreme Leverage, a single software sales portal for finding product information and expertise, etc. CSDL BPAD team involves in the above applications development and quality assurance, offers the best opportunity to the talents who have the passion to sharp their technical skills in driving the business processes to be on demand.
                                                                                
*Job Responsibilities                                                        
  The candidates will work on the applications development.                  
                                                                              
*Job Requirements (skills/experiences)                                        
Skills Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Experienced of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale Java EE web applications
- knowledge of Java technology and SOA, including but not limited to EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services
- Knowledge of popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
- Knowledge of popular development tools, such as Eclipse, CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc
- knowledge on Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continues Integration, etc.
- Knowledge on Database application development and LDAP

Personal Qualities:
- Having passion for software development, interested in web applications/web services development
- Good teamwork and communication skill
- Willing to take responsibility
- Self-motivated
- Patience
- Fast learning

Others as a plus:
- Experience of Eclipse Plug-in development is a plus
- Good documentation skill is a plus
- Knowledge for IBM products, Rational, Lotus Notes is a plus
- Globalization development knowledge & experience is a plus
- Knowledge for Web Services & SOA is a plus
