Job Description:
  STG Rational Solution Team use Rational software to provide
integrated, end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management solution
for whole System Technology Group (STG) development, up to 22,000
users. We are responsible for understanding customer (STG
development teams) requirement, architecture, design, development
and test. The major products that we are working on currently is
ClearQuest. We have started and will steadily work more and more on
RTC, RQM and Rational Insight to provide development process to STG
development teams. We work very closely with IBM Rochester Lab in
US. We will provide necessary training and you will also have the
opportunity to work together with senior developers from US

Skills:
- Good programming skills and strong problem shooting & resolving
skills
- Development experience on J2EE/Web applications would be a plus.
- Skills on operating Systems including AIX, Linux and Windows is a
plus.
- Perl or other script language is plus
- Master degree in CS or other related majors
- Good English on reading/writing/listening/speaking
- 实习期最好在6个月及以上
