1. QA Intern/软件测试实习生
Job Summary
Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans to ensure Websense solutions meet high quality standards. Develops technical expertise in test methods and product knowledge. Receives assignments from QA Manager and/or QA Lead and clearly reports test progress and quality risks.
Essential Functions
*Develops and executes the test strategy (plans, cases, etc.) for assigned areas.
*Logs defects into issues database and tracks them through closure.
*Configures workstations and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
*Reports test results for assigned features and functionality.
*May participate in the automation of tests.
*Assists technical services staff in the resolution of customer escalations.
Expectations
*Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem and complete detailed reports.
*Able to methodically produce the steps which exhibit bugs in the product and is able to reproduce and communicate these steps.
*Shows initiative in gaining in-depth experience in areas of technology relevant to testing of company products.

2. Software Development Intern/软件开发实习生
Job Summary
We are seeking C/C++ programmer students currently enrolled in BSCS/BSCE/BSEE programs willing to join a fast paced and challenging development team as an intern. Students will work under the direction of senior and junior software engineers on small tasks which will encompass analyzing, developing, modifying, documenting, testing, and debugging our software products. You will also learn and exhibit departmental standards and procedures, and become familiar with technologies relevant to the company with cutting edge software products.
Essential Functions
*Participates and helps in the design activities of software development.
*Tests and debugs software and delivers to directing developer for system integration and test.
*Codes and maintains software modules of moderate to large size and complexity working from written and oral requirements and specification.
*Assists in the development of prototype versions of software modules and applications.
*Participates in design and code reviews.
*Provides regular feedback (e.g. detailed status reports) to supervisor on progress.
*Developing cross platform applications that make a difference in the work environment.
Qualifications and Education
*BS/MS Computer Science/Engineering in progress.
*Programming ability in the following languages, C++, or Script Languages ( Perl, Python )
*Deep understanding of Perl, Python, Shell etc. Mainly for writing internal Tools. Linux expertise is a plus.
*Software Development experience.

Engineering, detection, capturing, and detailed analysis of malicious code, Spyware, and malicious websites. Analysis includes details as to what system attributes are being affected by the code, what (if any) propagation methods are being used, and documenting any other relevant information.

*Experience of web threat reverse and analysis is a plus

4. HR intern / 人力资源实习生
Job Summary:
This job is a long-term internship starting from July 2011, will work in Human Resources department, and participate in recruiting and employee activities for Beijing R&D center.
Essential Functions:
1) Recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interview, includes phone & email to the candidate, and Outlook invitation to the hiring manger, and track interview feedback.
2) Employee activity: participate in Employee activity organization, includes idea, poster design, registration, order supplies, coordination with different parities and related paper works.
3) Assist HR manager on other HR duties.
Requirements:
1) Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Human Resources, Master degree is preferred.
2) Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to details.
